OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! We were referred to Hendrick by a friend and to be honest I thought we were only going to look and maybe talk about numbers but that quickly changed after sitting with C Hendrick by a friend and to be honest I thought we were only going to look and maybe talk about numbers but that quickly changed after sitting with Carlos for about 15 minutes. He was extremely personable, friendly and very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles. Carlos showed us four different cars and the third being the beauty that came home with us. I thought we would be there all day but it only took a fews hours, the paperwork that we weren’t able to finish he brought it by the house and let me finish signing it. That’s the epitome of above and beyond! If anyone needs a dodge I know exactly where to send them! More
