This is the best car dealership my husband and I have ever purchased a car from. Let me tell you a story...I drove from Sacrament to Seattle at 3 this morning from your facility with the car we purchased from Lexus of Sacramento. I/we are EXTREMELY satisfied customers. First- so Seattle at 3 this morning from your facility with the car we purchased from Lexus of Sacramento. I/we are EXTREMELY satisfied customers. First- some context (review under Peter R) yelp.com/biz/eastlake-au… When I contacted Carlos, we had a great conversation- very professional and engaging. I asked for some photos of the Q5 you had in inventory- I received a detailed video of the car showing the highs and lows of the vehicle. More importantly, Carlos promised to follow up on some items regarding the car, and texted the answers within 30 minutes. We kept in contact regarding various details regarding the vehicle, financing, warranties, and I always received prompt answers. We decided to proceed with the transaction, booked the flight and hotel, and Carlos arranged for me to be picked up at my hotel. When I arrived, Carlos was very engaging and professional. The car was cold as requested (I like to hear how a car runs after sitting overnight). The first stop in the process was when Carlos' plant to surprise me with the repaint of a front panel went slightly awry (the panel was missing!). I continued my inspection of the car while Carlos worked to find the panel. After the panel was found, we test drove the car- again, Carlos was professional and only guided me vice talking too much to oversell the car. We returned to the dealership, and got the paperwork going. There was a delay, as there was a backup in finance. We finally got to finance, where I met Kevin. I had talked to Kevin earlier in the week regarding warranties. To me, Kevin is plain spoken, a bit rough around the edges, and completely fantastic to work with. He knows his business, and is quite funny (even when bashing on his keyboard about passwords!). During the finance process, Carlos came in and advised there was a challenge with the car. A bit of damage had happened between the time we test drove the car and it came out of delivery prep. Carlos pointed out the damage, and Kevin advised that if I were not comfortable with what happened, to not buy the car. I proceeded with the purchase because of Carlos and Kevin- zero pressure, and both looked for solutions. They both made a potential challenge a non-event by rising to the challenge of solving a problem. I will follow up with Carlos on the repairs being done this week. Thank you, Carlos and Kevin, for such a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend you enough, and know that the right decision was made to come south and purchase from you. Best, Peter More

Not always my experience, but my expectations are simple.
