Carlos was very homes and straight to the point. He didn't try to "sell" us the car. His philosophy, as we saw it, was "here it is, if you want it ." He seemed sincere and genuine, not someone who ju didn't try to "sell" us the car. His philosophy, as we saw it, was "here it is, if you want it ." The finance guy, I can't remember his name, was the same way. He was very matter-of-fact, yet helpful. Overall, it was as painless as car buying could be. More

This is the second car I have purshased from Five Star Ford and if in the future I decide to buy again it will be with them. Carlos was great, not pushy and took all the time I needed to decide on the purchase of my 2010 Ford Escape. He was right there to make sure I understood how to use all the new features, along with making sure it was detailed to my satisfaction upon delivery.
