The team at Universal Hyundai was friendly and patient at my indecision. Special thanks to Carlos DeJesus for his incredible follow-up over the past year. Yes, I started considering what vehicle to replace my lease with a little more than a year ago. Carlos patiently provided information about vehicles and finance programs over all that time. Carlos was gracious enough to allow one of his colleagues to take care of us because he was engaged with another customer when we arrived. Thank you, Darrin Diaz (Double DD) for showing us multiple different vehicles and insisting that we drive each selection to make sure that we were satisfied. We almost made the wrong choice but Darrin insisted that we drive each contender vehicle so that we would pick the right one. Thanks again, Darrin. Other people that helped with our selection were Juan Colon and Guillermo Faria. This is our fourth Hyundai with Universal Hyundai and I we are pleased again. Including the vehicles that we have purchased at Universal Nissan this is our 10th vehicle with the Universal Hyundai / Universal Hyundai group. The deal took a little time because of our indecision.
