Went into the dealer looking to buy a new 2025 Toyota Camry SE. I wanted to test drive one, as I had not previously done so. The salesperson, Carlos, after disappearing for 20 minutes comes back with k Camry SE. I wanted to test drive one, as I had not previously done so. The salesperson, Carlos, after disappearing for 20 minutes comes back with keys, gave them to me, and said I should go MYSELF on a test drive and disappeared again .I told him I had never gone on one by myself before, but he did not seem to care, nor had any desire to be bothered. I attempted to start the car, and it would NOT start, something about the rEAR seat needing to be adjusted. No sign of anyone else around. I have purchased cars over the years and NEVER been told to go by myself on a test drive in a vehicle I was not familiar with. The car had plastic all over its seats. As the car would NOT start, and with no salesperson around, I went back into the dealership, gave them back the key and LEFT, This is NOT professional and I would advise anyone to NOT deal with such a dealership. More

Carlos was our salesperson in Toyota Westbury and he made us feel very lucky, confident and happy with our purchase. He was very kind, honest and patient with us. He answered every single question we had, he showed us multiple options and stayed with us even when the place was closing just to make sure we were all set with our new car. What I really appreciate the most about him is that he listens to his clients and advocates for them helps them. My husband and I went to get a car we both can share and he was very kind and respectful to both of us as. He answered all my questions and talked to me as one of the car owners and didn't focus in just selling the car to my husband and ignored me (as other salesman did in Toyota when I went with my husband to get my first car). I really recommend Carlos because he advocates for the clients' needs. More
