It all started with a great internet quote from Tiffany Velez for and Accord Ex_L 2.0T. Next came my appointment with Carlos Gonzalez, and I couldn't have asked for a better and more courteous and knowledgeable salesman. As this would be a major purchase for me, I was a little hesitant, Carlos was patient and I never felt pressured, which I appreciated. Next I met with the finance manager Shadi and he was wonderful to work with. Before leaving, Weatherly reviewed features of the car and helped me set up personal settings. This car has a lot of bells and whistles and I appreciated the thorough review. Two days later I had a problem with Apple Play and just stopped in. Hamad immediately helped me and fixed the problem which was with my I-phone. The people who I've worked with make you feel welcomed and have treated me more like family then a customer. More

Every staff member was friendly and approached me immediately in order to find out what I was looking for. I bought a used car about three years ago and it had begun to cause me many mechanical issues. Many people advised me that the best thing to do was to lease a car. Although I have heard awful things about leasing cars, Carlos G. at DCH Paramus Honda made sure that I understood what leasing a car meant. Carlos was very patient and made sure to ask what my needs and wants were, as well as helped me find a car that I could afford and that I would be comfortable in.
