Even though the vehicle was not a Honda, he was able to walk me through the purchase process and the vehicle features, drawing on his considerable experience in the auto industry. When I purchased the vehicle, I had a minor issue the next day, which Alex (and Carlos, the service manager) were able to identify and remediate immediately. While waiting for our car to be serviced we went to speak with Wael Yunes about financing a new car, he's helped us in the past and he's another person who's always gone the extra mile! Wael took us to Carlos Gonzalez who helped us move along the process of securing a new Honda. He was very informative and went over every detail with us. Another excellent member to the Honda team! Matt Huziker welcomed me, and I immediately felt assured that I was going to be able get another Honda. Carlos Gonzalez is the Salesman who helped me. He showed me different options, answered my many questions, and gave me the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. I never felt pressured. I wound up getting a car, that I had never even considered before! I absolutely love my new Honda civic hatchback!
