Alex was pleasant, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Even though the vehicle was not a Honda, he was able to walk me through the purchase process and the vehicle features, drawing on his considerable experience in the auto industry. When I purchased the vehicle, I had a minor issue the next day, which Alex (and Carlos, the service manager) were able to identify and remediate immediately. Overall, I feel confident that I made the right decision purchasing a vehicle from Alex and the folks at DCH. More

Excellent Service On Saturday 7/28/2018 our day started at Honda with Frankie Sanchez who always helps us with our Honda. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful On Saturday 7/28/2018 our day started at Honda with Frankie Sanchez who always helps us with our Honda. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met!! While waiting for our car to be serviced we went to speak with Wael Yunes about financing a new car, he's helped us in the past and he's another person who's always gone the extra mile! Wael took us to Carlos Gonzalez who helped us move along the process of securing a new Honda. He was very informative and went over every detail with us. Another excellent member to the Honda team! We were also helped by Darwish Mustafa and Laura Santos, who went above and beyond! !! Honestly we spent the day at Honda and every last person we encountered was fantastic! This is why I stick to Honda and especially stick to DCH Honda Paramus! More

WONDERFUL, STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE!! The lease on my Honda was coming to an end, so I returned to the dealership where I had gotten the car. I was really disappointed. So much so, that The lease on my Honda was coming to an end, so I returned to the dealership where I had gotten the car. I was really disappointed. So much so, that I didn’t think I wanted to deal with Honda anymore. A coworker of mine suggested I give Paramus Honda a try. I am so happy that I did! Matt Huziker welcomed me, and I immediately felt assured that I was going to be able get another Honda. Carlos Gonzalez is the Salesman who helped me. He showed me different options, answered my many questions, and gave me the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. I never felt pressured. I wound up getting a car, that I had never even considered before! I absolutely love my new Honda civic hatchback! Kelvin Rodriguez, in Finance was also very friendly, informative, and time efficient! I shall be a loyal returning customer of DCH Paramus Honda!! I highly recommend this dealership. They really turned things around for me, and restored my opinion of Honda. They are GREAT vehicles, and this dealership represents their brand worthily! Sincerely, Maureen Raybould July 26,2018 More

BUYING MY DREAM CAR Today I walked into DCH Honda thinking I would find a nice, certified pre-owned CR-V. Instead, I drove home with a new 2018 CR-V EX. That's how good Today I walked into DCH Honda thinking I would find a nice, certified pre-owned CR-V. Instead, I drove home with a new 2018 CR-V EX. That's how good Carlos, Christian and Alex are at their jobs. Carlos thoroughly explained the features of the CR-V EX and how they differ from car-to-car ... and that explanation is what compelled me to buy a new car. His patience and engaging personality are also greatly appreciated. Christian and Alex were equally efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a great experience. More
