Ned Adair, my awesome sales rep, worked tirelessly all day long until 8:30pm to get my deal closed. In all my years, he is the best car sales rep I have ever met. Friendly professional attitude, providing excellent customer service. Not only does he have a phenomenal work ethic, Ned is a fine individual inside. Which is rare these days. I am just thrilled with my clean beautiful car. Sara in finance, with her fantastic outgoing personality, meticulously guided me thru the paperwork process. She gave me deep discounts on gap insurance & the pro bumper to bumper warranty, seamlessly working them into my very affordable car payment. Car repairs cost thousands of dollars (think transmissions). It gives me peace of mind knowing I can travel anywhere in the US & be able to use this warranty. Sara is an asset to the company & a very good friend to have. Carlos, the manager, took the time to come meet me & shake my hand. Most managers don't do this with customers.
