Both Carlos and Ed were very good salesmen. They were very patient and allowed us to test drive the car multiple times. Once the car was purchased, Carlos took me step by step as to how every single thin very patient and allowed us to test drive the car multiple times. Pleasant experience with little price discussion I had already checked out prices on a new X5 including Costco pricing (from that dealer), so I knew the ballpark for the lease. Their first price was right in the ballpark and Ed Lebedinsky understood how I wanted it quoted. Carlos Lopez took us for a test drive (my wife in front as this is to be her car). He was charming and knowledgeable and was able to explain most of it to a non technical person. Then it was off to the finance department. No hard sell and actually had a suggestion or 2 to reduce my payment. All in all a very pleasant experience. More
