Initially, I inquired about a used X3 but learned it was already sold. But then a got a few emails and calls from the dealer so I checked back in. It turns out the SUV I wanted was now available! I was skeptic as I had not ever bought a car online. But Ed and Carlos walked me through the process and we closed the deal in a few hours, all online. Still skeptic on my travel to this dealership 2 states away, I got comfortable right upon arrival at Circle. 90 minutes later, I had a great new (used) BMW and was driving home.
