I liked Carlos—he’s great. My only comments are about the other office staff. I think that that cashier and office girls need to learn some better customer service. They look down when they are talking to customers which makes them hard to hear, and don’t look at customers like they matter. Lots of pointless side conversations with other staff that seems to slow them down in getting me checked out. More

Decided to take my Rav IV to Norm Reeves dealership after a bad experience w/Cowboy Totota. Difference in day & night as far as customer service.
