Such a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Ive been in other dealerships before where you immediately feel pressured, and all eyes on you like youre the main course for dinner. Such a calm and relaxed experience! Able to shop without feeling rushed or forced into anything. Not to mention being offered snacks and refreshments(its the little things in life). John and Carlos went above and beyond to put me into my new civic while feeling comfortable the entire time. I will most definitely recommend Bourne's auto center to family, friends, and many others! Thank you guys so much! You most definately broke my fear of car shopping!! Satisfied customer? Id say absolutely! More

Great car buying experience I can’t say enough about this dealership. After numerous car purchases over the years from various dealers, Bourne was by far the very best! It starte I can’t say enough about this dealership. After numerous car purchases over the years from various dealers, Bourne was by far the very best! It started with Amy being quick to respond via text to set up an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived the front desk was very friendly and professional and introduced me to my salesman Shawn. We went right over to his desk and started on the deal. Shawn was exceptional at his job being informative, no pressure, willing to work with me on the final number and most of all honest. The rest of the team seemed to also be the same way, with everyone helping each other out and talking to every customer not just their own and with a smile! When I thought it couldn’t be any easier, we then met with Carlos in finance. This is usually the pain staking part of all the paperwork but not today. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and was another employee who really seemed to enjoy working for this dealership. Kudos to the Owner, you can tell you care about your employees and it shows with how they care about the customer. Thanks again More

EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE .... EVER! Trevon, aka Trey, was an absolute BEAST! He did anything and everything possible to help me out. Living about an hour and half away from the dealershi Trevon, aka Trey, was an absolute BEAST! He did anything and everything possible to help me out. Living about an hour and half away from the dealership, I basically purchased the car through back and forth texts and calls to him and drove it out after two and half hours! He even went to the extent of adding me and sending me detailed Snapchat videos of the entire car when he really didn’t have to. They registered the car for me and sent me the registration through the mail but there was just something different about the way they worked with me. Bourne’s Auto is a dealership that definitely goes the extra mile for its customers. This was definitely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I will be coming back. If you’re looking for a car, definitely go to Bourne’s Auto... they have enough inventory for you to find something you LOVE and enough employees to give you the customer service you deserve. Try them out, I bet you’ll go back for another one... and another one... and another one. More

As we could not come for it for a couple of days it was easily held for us by making a small credit card deposit. After inspection and taking a test drive it was in every way as described in the ad.
