Bourne auto simply does not have that extremely irritating unctuous quality so prevalent at the usual dealership. More

The employees are great and far surpass any other dealership I have dealt with in my 35+ years of buying vehicles. Excellent service We tried 4 different cars during our test drive. Though the center is closing, the clerks still waited for us with great patience. After the test drive, the sales representative, Jose Garcia, drove us to a nearby restaurant when he knew that we came by Uber. Service is great the speed is fast. After test drive on Saturday, we were able to drive the car home on Monday. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had I was hours away from purchasing a car that I did not really love, for an uncomfortably high finance rate, overpriced and not much compromise (this de I was hours away from purchasing a car that I did not really love, for an uncomfortably high finance rate, overpriced and not much compromise (this dealership will remain nameless, as they were my previous go-to dealership and service location and will say that they were still kind people). Bourne's Auto Center: I was very pressed for time and did some research on the cars I wanted and went in with a list of cars, I gave only 15 minutes notice to the dealership that I was arriving shortly. Kim was very fast to accommodate me with a test drive and number crunch, so I quickly put money down to reserve the car. Later that day my boyfriend and I came in and handled all paperwork. I got a finance rate which was the best rate I've ever been offered and with a great bank. I was shown a menu of plans and selected the one which works best for me. I saved over $6,000 by giving Bourne's Auto Center a chance and over 4% apr knocked down from my previous offers at the other dealership. Bourne's cars for sale are very what-you-see-is-what-you-get, with no haggling. I did my research and the cost of the car aligned with my researched values in the absolute best case scenario. When I picked my car up the next day, my plates were added to the car, registration printed, car was beautifully detailed and I am in love with my car and so happy with the overall experience. Kim is a very personable employee and I felt extremely comfortable working with her from start to finish and I absolutely wish to refer business to her through my perfect experience. Carlos assisted us with the financing end of the sale, he was quick, informative, friendly, to the point and wasted no time which we appreciated very much. The hubby is already talking about trading in his current car with Bourne's, and although I hope to keep my new whip for a long time, I hope to do the rest of my auto endeavors with these folks. I hope I'm not forgetting anything seriously go to them! See Kim!!! :D More
