Right from the start everyone was friendly, and let me take the time I needed to decide what I wanted, answering all of my questions and letting me take all the cars I was interested in out to test drive. Once I found the car I wanted, John walked me through everything I needed to do and Carlos busted his butt working with the bank to get me payments and a rate that I am happy with. Even after the sale, they still follow up to make sure your happy. John just called today to make sure I have everything I need. It was an excellent experience all around. More

Best Dealership Ever ! Found car and dealership online via carguru-both rated high and it was right !! The purchase went through quickly. Emmanuel was a terrific, polite, and knowledgeable, salesman. Carlos breezed through the paperwork expertly. When I went back I went back 5 days later to retrieve the easypass gadget Emmanuel retrieved from my old car before it got junked, I asked him if I could get a little touch up paint for the place where a friend accidentally already hit my new car. Brian asked if I had 15 minutes and he took it in, had it touched up and buffed and it looked like nothing ever happened !. He gave me the tube of leftover paint free !! It truly doesn't get any better than this ! Oh, and I love the Jeep ! More

This used car dealership is the best without a doubt. We were searching for a good used car 2 to 3 years old with less than 36k miles. Our neighbor bought a Cadillac SRX recently from Bourne's Auto Center We were searching for a good used car 2 to 3 years old with less than 36k miles. Our neighbor bought a Cadillac SRX recently from Bourne's Auto Center and highly recommended them. We spent a month looking at Bourne's, no pressure, just find what works best. We must have driven 10 cars (SUVs). As a USAA Car Buying Service customer, we first dealt with Amy Pawlowski (in charge of internet sales). Since our neighbor bought a car from Trey Hubbard, we used Trey as our point person and salesman who eventually sold us our car. Trey was a true professional, knowledgeable, no pressure, great people skills. He arranged for us to test drive any car we wanted, responded immediately to my emails and answers all our questions. If he didn't know the answer he knew where to go to get the answer. From Amy to Trey to Andrew to Carlos (the business manager), I can't say enough good things about these people and the Bourne's dealership. They are the best at what they do. More

Awesome I had the best experience. I walked into the dealership was greeted with pleasure. Everyone there is very friendly, upbeat, and charismatic. The em I had the best experience. I was able to walk away with a new car in a few days and the biggest smile on my face. Tonya greeted me the moment i walked in and grabbed a salesman. Carlos in financing is really great and helps you find the lender that fits best for your situation. He works very quickly and efficiently. Trey in Sales was very charming and also helpful in securing me with the car I loved most. He made sure everything worked well before I drove away. I am a returning customer and this is my second time buying from Bournes Auto in Easton. The first visit was good and the second was even better. They have a nice waiting area with couches, television, and beverages while you wait for your salesman. No one is pushy or eager to give you something you wouldn't want to buy either. Instead they work with you to find something that fits for your style and budget. Great experience and I am grateful for the amazing staff they have there who helped me tremendously. More

Tanya was very easy to work with and I always felt like she was in my side and she was very genuine and honest which only added to my confidence when purchasing my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. All in all the car is excellent, but the service was even better. You should commend Tanya for her exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail and her hustle (yes her hustle. She literally ran to wherever she needed to be when dropping off paperwork to an office and she personally took my car to get filled up when the service attendant was busy).
