I visited three top used car dealers in the state, two of the top three were local to me. I went to test drive the three cars and decided I liked the experience and vehicle at Bourne's auto best. There was no pressuure, all sales staff were very friendly, accomodating, the waiting room was immaculate, had beverages, snacks, big tv and comfy couches, though I was not kept waiting. The sales person I went through was David. He was very pleasant and efficient. I test drove the car after work, the next day during my lunch hour I filled out paperwork, the next day at lunch hour I met with the business manager, and the next day I was able to come pick up the car...it was really that simple because David and Bourne's auto worked with my schedule and made it that simple! i am very happy with my vehicle, the price, the car fax, Bournes extra reviews on line, and their website in general. I also LOVE a no haggle price, I dont feel i am being cheated at a price that could've been lowered for someone else. I highly recommend this dealer for a pleasant and no hassle car buying experience. Will definiitely be a repeat customer, and will recommend friends/family to Bourne's auto!!! More

I wanted to prove my skepticism wrong that a well-preserved 2003 Cobra (Ford Mustang SVT Cobra) exists.After a year of searching, I finally found the car on Bournes Auto Centers website, with ad well-preserved 2003 Cobra (Ford Mustang SVT Cobra) exists.After a year of searching, I finally found the car on Bournes Auto Centers website, with additional Carfax information, and detailed pictures.Carlos Machado did a great job putting in the financial plan that, worked for me. Once the paperwork was finalized, I shipped everything over to Bournes. I was set on making my flight to MA. Once I touched down at Logan Airport, I alerted Carlos Machado who then, coordinated a driver to pick me from the shuttle bus station in Quincy, I was very impressed by that! Once I arrived at the dealership, I felt like I was in for a surprise when, Seng Pell opened the door to show me the COBRA indoors, instead of the lot. I had to practically pickup my jaw from the floor. Finally, I have found the COBRA I was waiting for! I was reassured when Bournes wanted trip back to Fairfax,VA (7.5 hours & 450miles away) , to be a smooth one with a complimentary full tank of gas included, in addition to the fresh detail! Ultimately, I'm thankful to work with gentleman like Carlos and Seng that, helped me to achieve something I wanted! I can now enjoy my COBRA with smile, now that my automotive enthusiasm as been redefined More

My husband and i had an excellent expeirence. they were able to answer any questions and concerns we had. They were able to get us into a excellent low mile and warrantied vehicle at the price and payment able to answer any questions and concerns we had. Dealing with Bourne's was great - I went in to drive an Acura MDX, but eventually got a Honda Pilot. Their prices really can't be beat, and the best part you don't have to settle for bad service to get an Acura MDX, but eventually got a Honda Pilot. Their prices really can't be beat, and the best part you don't have to settle for bad service to get the good prices! The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a late model preowned vehichle. More

I had a great experience with Bourne's Auto Center. They priced the car I was looking for quite fairly. When I got connected to David, he did an excellent job at making sure the car was fully serviced They priced the car I was looking for quite fairly. I was in the market for a 7 passenger pre-owned SUV and Bourne's had a very good selection of various brands to choose from. I finally settled on a GMC Acadia that had low mileage and was in very good cond Bourne's had a very good selection of various brands to choose from. I finally settled on a GMC Acadia that had low mileage and was in very good condition. Unlike some other dealerships their cars were detailed and looked their best. If I may make one suggestion to the folks at Bourne's that would be to go easy on the "perfume" in the their prepping their cars. I was a bit skeptical that something was trying to be covered up but drove several cars and all were this way. I've owned the vehicle for two weeks and the perfume smell is gone and am very happy. I also to it to my mechanic for a once over and he commented that the vehicle was very clean and mechanically sound. The off brand tires were a bit of a disappointment but will replace those in the spring with some O.E. tires. The experience and people I dealt with were very pleasant and low pressure. Truly a good buying experience. I have and will recommend bourne's to friends. Thanks again for a good experience Marc More
