Buying a car is generally a "painful" experience. Pushy annoying salespersons, closers trying to force a warranty down your throat you don't want etc.Brian was a cheerful, helpful sales r experience. Pricing on the car I bought was very fair as was my trade.Finance guy Carlos Machado was also very helpful. Showed me all the warranty options I had but was never pushy. I can't tell you over the years how many times I walked out of dealerships due to sales "weasels" All in all, very satisfied and would recommend. More

Bourne's is always a very friendly and accommodating dealership to work with. Our family does not do our car business anywhere else, we fully trust Bourne's and their staff. Its true they didn't take my personal info when I test-drove a vehicle and they didn't chase me like other dealerships will - "did you buy a car yet"??? But in hindsight that was actually cool. I shopped all of New England for this year & model car with this mileage range and Bourne's was by far the best price by a couple thousand dollars on my vehicle. The only negative thing I have is the car could have been cleaner when I test-drove it but when I was ready to buy they cleaned it up so well it looked almost new. My mechanic found a couple of minor things that I addressed with Bourne's and they took care of them no problem. I am extremely satisfied and will look them up first in the future when purchasing a used vehicle. More

My husband and I were treated with great respect and the followup by both of the employees I worked with was terrific. My special requests were met without any protest and every step of the financing process was throughly explained. It was apparent that there is a true Team mentality at Bourne and that customer service is at the top of their priority list. We are very happy with the Saturn Vue we purchased. It has just weathered through a snow storm without any problems. I have already recommended the delaership to anyone who asks where I purcahsed the car. More

Mike was great to work with with. He was straight forward and friendly. They changed the way we viewed used car dealers. While viewing the car prior to purchasing we noticed the rare head rests were missing and there was only one key. Mike immediately without hesitation informed us he would get both the head rests and extra key. We could not be more happy with the entire process. We would certainly go back again. The only area that could have been better and again this is not a knock is that when we arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase we had to wait an hour before being seen, but we did not have an appointment and it was a Saturday. My experience with Bournes was fantastic. Quick, kind customer service. The sales representative gave me a great deal on my purchase and a fair trade-in-value for my vehicle. Shawn Weir was very helpful. What ever we felt may be wrong with the car Shawn did not pressure us. He was truthful that they could fix it or if we wanted to look at something else. Carlos Machado made wrong with the car Shawn did not pressure us. He was truthful that they could fix it or if we wanted to look at something else. Carlos Machado made us feel like he was working for us not just selling us a car. Overall at Bourne you do not feel pressured. Even if the sales person spends an hour or two with you the costumer feels comfortable no rushing into anything. This was our second car we bought here and when we need another one we will go back to Bourne. Although because they take such good care of their costumers is may be awhile before we need another car. More
