I didnt feel that the dealership was trying to give me a good deal despite having wiggle room to be able to lower the price of the vehicle. They gave me a out of the door price which was different than the good deal despite having wiggle room to be able to lower the price of the vehicle. They gave me a out of the door price which was different than the one quoted to me before I showed up. If I did not realize this, I would have paid more. Also, I found it problematic that the dealership did not keep a record of their inspection of a used car since the buyer runs a risk buying a car that i can cause problems as time goes on. Overall, I think I should have gone to the Toyota Dealership of Northridge. I didnt like the customer service shawn was trying to give me. He said he would give me a tire service for free but the cost some how entered into the loan amount despite my monthly payment not increasing. So please review everything before signing. More
