Were not willing to be transparent and give Me a transmission replacement quote initially, when knowing full well they could not replace or rebuild it.
Hugely overpriced quote for replacement with a used transmission having no warranty. ($10,000)
They wasted my money recommending a AT fluid flush I did not need for a failed transmission.
The actual service I got to replace brake pads and rotors was fine.
A local shop is completely rebuilding it for $4500, and gave Me that quote up front.
