When I had coupon from dealership mailed directly to me for $44.95 synthetic oil change, neither he nor his service manager wanted to accept it until after I protested it. Then, after oil change, mechanic came up with $14,000 of “recommended” repairs on a 2020 Jeep SRT with only 44,000 miles on it. Never explained what was or wasn’t covered by Jeep’s powertrain warranty & never asked whether I had an extended warranty. I left after oil change & had warranty work performed by another dealership. I would not recommend this advisor, mechanic, service manager nor dealership! More
