My last two experiences with your service department has been very disappointing. Its way over priced along with extremely slow service. For example, $39.99 for a cabin air filter that sells for $12 at an a been very disappointing. Its way over priced along with extremely slow service. For example, $39.99 for a cabin air filter that sells for $12 at an auto parts store along with a two- and one-half hour wait to get a cabin air filter, oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I could have done it myself at home in one hour and I don't have a lift. They said they were going to "rinse of my car for me" (he said that's what he would call it because it does not do a very good job). Ho, and by the why, that would take about another twenty minutes. I said thanks but NO THANKS! I purchased two cars in a row from Bill Bryan because of their professionalism and quality service for a fair price. Your dealership would need to work hard to win me back. AND THAT 3% SURCHARG JUST TOOK IT WAY OVER THE TOP! More
