Carlitos is the man! I was looking to lease a new car and contacted Tustin Hyundai a few times. Had a few emails back and forth but no real follow up from the dealership. I was looking to lease a new car and contacted Tustin Hyundai a few times. Had a few emails back and forth but no real follow up from the dealership. I was ready to give up but decided to go in to the dealer for a test drive and met Carlitos. He was very professional and took the time to find out what I wanted. He made the car experience easy and did a great job following up with emails and phone calls. I ended up leasing an Equus from him and what started off rocky turned out to be a great experience because his effort. Go see Carlitos if you are looking for a new car and he will take care of you! Excellent Experience at Tustin Hyundai! I was expecting the car buying process to be a hassle, and was prepared to leave the dealership frustrated and exhausted. My experience at Tustin Hyun I was expecting the car buying process to be a hassle, and was prepared to leave the dealership frustrated and exhausted. My experience at Tustin Hyundai was just the opposite. Trey Lewis greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and went over our options with us. He worked with us to get the payments where we needed them to be, and made the whole process a breeze. I couldn't believe that there wasn't a "catch." I am beyond pleased with my experience, and truly hope Trey still works at Tustin Hyundai when it is time for us to go back for another car. Once the purchase was made, we went to the finance office and had a pleasant experience there as well. (I can't remember her name off the top of my head) but she was friendly and made the paperwork process a breeze. Once we were finished, Carlitos Menjivar went over the car's features with us, paired our phones' bluetooth to the car, went over Apple CarPlay and much more. He answered all of our questions, and we drove the car off the lot feeling great. Thank you, Tustin Hyundai! More
