Carlos Mundoz is an outstanding Service Manager. Your dealership is fortunate to employ such a professional service representative. He listens well and asks excellent questions for clarification in order dealership is fortunate to employ such a professional service representative. Great tech communication upgrades since our last visit. As always our service manager Carlos was quick to provide us with an appointment that fit out schedule. He had us in an out quickly on a busy Saturday morning. The technician that did a vehicle overview (Kevin) was thorough and we could hear him clearly. Even though it was a busy day, Carlos took the time to go over what services were performed on my vehicle and walked me to my car. He is a definite asset to the service department. More

I was there for a new tire and new low beam headlight. I knew the tire had to be ordered and would be available the next day. I was not happy that I had to wait 45 minutes to find out I was going to need a knew the tire had to be ordered and would be available the next day. I was not happy that I had to wait 45 minutes to find out I was going to need a loaner as it was too late to get the work done while I waited and that I would have to return the next day obviously to return the loaner and pick up my car. However, the work was completed and my car runs well and it is safe again. BMW also checked for any recalls and did the topping off of fluids More
