Great deal on service but long wait This is my 2nd time at BMW of Sarasota taking advantage of oil change specials they do. I have an older BMW, an E39 5 series that I work on myself mos This is my 2nd time at BMW of Sarasota taking advantage of oil change specials they do. I have an older BMW, an E39 5 series that I work on myself mostly. I had two service specialists, Jorge I only chatted with briefly but Carlos I talked to a little more and he seemed really well informed on E39s. The wait was longer than when I had Fernando the previous time I was there, but they had the college football game on TV and a nice array of snacks and drinks including hot tea and comfy leather chairs. I was also impressed that they had a mint 1996 8 series in their showroom along side the 2 series M convertibles and SUVs. More

A+ professional attention from Mr.Muñoz. Out shopping on Thanksgiving Eve my car died at WF parking lot. Got a jump start & drove into the service department 1 hour before closing for a new Out shopping on Thanksgiving Eve my car died at WF parking lot. Got a jump start & drove into the service department 1 hour before closing for a new battery. Mr. Muñoz took care of it without hesitation...extremely courteous. Apologize for not being able to do a car wash because of the tight time factor. By the time car was finished even the cashier was gone, and Muñoz took care of closing the invoice. Discussed other services that I needed to do. Walked me outside to get me car. At no point was he rushed. A+ service all the way through. More
