Service experience This was the best experience we have had with Sarasota BMW, Principally because of Carlos Munoz. He is helpful, honest, responsive and most knowledgea This was the best experience we have had with Sarasota BMW, Principally because of Carlos Munoz. He is helpful, honest, responsive and most knowledgeable. We have had several occasions to speak with Susan, the lady who walks around and tries to help frustrated customers. But we don’t understand her purpose other than to keep customers occupied until the rest of the staff gets their act together. As a rule we have been disappointed with Sarasota BMW. But you must be aware we compare you with Wilde Lexus. While your staff try to be helpful, things always seem disorganized and as a result the experience is more frustrating and time consuming than it needs to be. More
