Carlos Munoz is the BEST! Professional and Attentive! First the good. Carlos Munoz is exceptionally attentive and very professional. I know that if he is checking out my BMW, it is going to be done ri First the good. Carlos Munoz is exceptionally attentive and very professional. I know that if he is checking out my BMW, it is going to be done right. Now the not so good. Getting an appointment or an acknowledgement of an appointment is way too difficult. We moved from California and the BMW dealer there was exceptional. From Service to Sales to follow up they were impeccable and whoever you dealt with made the transaction almost a family affair. With BMW Sarasota, you cannot be sure you got an appointment if you use the website as there is no acknowledgement. If you phone to make an appointment most of the time you are leaving a message and don't get a call back. Last visit when I was there I emailed the Service Advisor (not Carlos as he was out of town) and never got a reply. I used the email on her business card. Seems the IT part of the dealership needs an overhaul. We will be looking for an additional BMW shortly and had decided to not go to this dealership but after Carlos did such a great job we are thinking of reconsidering. More
