While visiting with him I discussed replacing my 2008 335ci. He was most helpful and introduced me to Lisa Valle, a sales associate . She asked the right questions that led me to decide on a 330i that really fit my needs. More

Great customer service A phone snafu kept me from confirming my appointment. I took the chance and drove to the dealership. As luck would have it. Customer service was detailed, respectful & patient All services were explained with patient & detail , answering every questioned - double checking to see if there was another option for a tire repair All services were explained with patient & detail , answering every questioned - double checking to see if there was another option for a tire repair . All service people are very respectful- the waiting room is very comfortable. I had a 2 1/2 hr wait - so an Uber was called to take me home and pick me up when my care was finished .
