Outstanding preparation, communication, and execution! We called to inform service that our X3 was being flatbeded in for repair after expiring in the middle of nowhere! When we arrived service was ready for us, had a loaner car already set up, and service began diagnostics. Car was ready next day at the time promised, fixed and washed. Exceeded Expectations First time servicing my BMW here. Drove to Sarasota from California and needed an oil change. Carlos Munoz was my advisor (and also the Assistant Se First time servicing my BMW here. Drove to Sarasota from California and needed an oil change. Carlos Munoz was my advisor (and also the Assistant Service Manager). The vehicle was done faster than expected which was nice. Carlos took time to listen to my concerns without rushing and went through everything that was checked with me. The only differences between BM W Sarasota and BMW of San Rafael is the snacks (cookies, chips and apples here and toasted bagels and muffins) in San Rafael. Also, San Rafael washes and vacuums the car where Sarasota only washes without vacuuming! Very good first time visit and I will be a customer for sure if I move here. More
