Carlos is aweome I never fail to get impressed with Carlos when I bring my BMW into the dealer. He double-checks the status of my warranty, any recalls, and makes sur I never fail to get impressed with Carlos when I bring my BMW into the dealer. When he knows I'm in a rush, he works diligently to get me out in as little of time as possible. If service is going to take an extended amount of time, he always offers a loaner car. Great Customer Service I was in for service yesterday at 9 am and had another appointment near by at 10:20.
