Excessive window noise Sarasota BMW exceeded my expectations . Window noise problems were corrected and service manager Greg Jones and staff knew what to do and got it done. I have three Beemers and Sarasota has excellent technicians. I also appreciate being contacted by "corporate" after initial purchase.
