You will not find a more competent, reliable, honest and I've been coming to BMW Sarasota for 5 years now with Carlos Munoz as my service advisor. You will not find a more competent, reliable, honest and caring advisor. He is up front with everything from service issues to cost as well as time in the shop and will keep you updated while being serviced.
