Exceeded Expectations First time servicing my BMW here. Drove to Sarasota from California and needed an oil change. Carlos Munoz was my advisor (and also the Assistant Se First time servicing my BMW here. Drove to Sarasota from California and needed an oil change. Carlos Munoz was my advisor (and also the Assistant Service Manager). The vehicle was done faster than expected which was nice. Carlos took time to listen to my concerns without rushing and went through everything that was checked with me. The only differences between BM W Sarasota and BMW of San Rafael is the snacks (cookies, chips and apples here and toasted bagels and muffins) in San Rafael. Also, San Rafael washes and vacuums the car where Sarasota only washes without vacuuming! Very good first time visit and I will be a customer for sure if I move here. More

Carlos is aweome I never fail to get impressed with Carlos when I bring my BMW into the dealer. He double-checks the status of my warranty, any recalls, and makes sur I never fail to get impressed with Carlos when I bring my BMW into the dealer. When he knows I'm in a rush, he works diligently to get me out in as little of time as possible. If service is going to take an extended amount of time, he always offers a loaner car.
