I have just recently started going to BMW of Sarasota. Carlos Munoz has been great. He is direct and to the point, gets you in and out after the work is done. He tells you about issues and reward programs but doesn’t feel pushy at all. He has been everything I expect from an advisor. So far my interactions with BMW Sarasota have been excellent. I hope that doesn’t change. Because I have had nothing but problems since day one with Porsche of Tampa. And they are both owned by Morgan Auto Group. Highly recommend Carlos and BMW Sarasota though.
