My advisor felt a bit scattered or preoccupied. Like he wanted to get my file done and onto next person. I live here in sarasota part time and have bmw’s at my other locations and service at those Like he wanted to get my file done and onto next person. I live here in sarasota part time and have bmw’s at my other locations and service at those local bmw shops is extraordinary. It’s top of mind for every employee. Don’t feel like that is case at sarasota location. Also…when I went to pay I was asked if I wanted to pay cash debit or cc. I said cc and advisor said there is a 2.5 or 2.8% fee for credit card. I responded in amazement. Who made this poor customer service decision to implement this policy? I had never heard of a major car dealership charge credit card fee. It did not sit well with me. Why not just implement a % increase across the board on all service charges rather than present customers with a credit card fee. if there is one thing people dislike…its a credit card fee in an industry where they are paying exorbitant prices for their car service. Just my two cents. One last thing…when I got my car back to take home the car was washed but not vacuumed. I asked the young worker about it and he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t done. More
