Took my truck in for an oil change and told them that I had a rattling noise come from under my truck. They said it would be 165 dollar diagnostic fee.I didn't mind paying the fee but when they miss diagno had a rattling noise come from under my truck. They said it would be 165 dollar diagnostic fee.I didn't mind paying the fee but when they miss diagnose it and give you an estimate that it would be over 1000 dollars to fix it, then there's a problem. I talked to my service advisor about it and he said he would talk to the service manager about it and they would call me back. 2 days later and no one has contacted me! Poor customer service! I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and always taken my vehicles here for service. It looks like I need to find somewhere new to service my vehicles if this is how they are going to treat their customers! More
