I had a set monthly payment I could afford and was only expecting to look at vehicles about 2 years old and used and they were able to put me in a 2020 for so very close to my budget with more than I expected!!! Overpriced and a huge waste of time Went in knowing exactly what we were looking for. Sales rep first pulled out one car at a time (the first one in deplorable condition) until we finally asked to be able to see some inventory. Chose a car. It was priced almost $3,000 ABOVE KBB and Edmund's higher end values. Dealer wouldn't come down to even the high end of the actual value of the car. Tried to tell me that it was so over priced because of the quality of their cars, the warranty (factory, not extra) and the "work they put into it." Darling, I'd never pay over $20 for a cabin air filter and $60 in labor to have it installed - I'd go to auto zone, buy one and install it myself. Funny thing is they gave my husband a great deal a few months ago... Rude, patronizing, overpriced and treat women like they're idiots. Camrys are a dime a dozen...don't need to buy one there. More

Not Your Typical Dealership Experience! After doing some research on various new Toyota models, I decided to come to Toyota of Braintree, to look at a new Highlander. After walking in I was introduced to Carlos A. who was my salesperson. Carlos was very friendly throughout the entire process and took the time to go above and beyond describing the different features of the Highlander. With the help of the sales manager Carlos O., we came to a fair agreement on price fairly quickly. Arthur was my finance person and made the finance process just as quick and easy as the sales process. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership and will definitely not be my last.
