Almost walked out, was told locked in at 10٪. Then loan was written with ²miles not 65k on it increased loan %. Was a huge mistake. My salesperson should have been proactive and within a day or 2 reached out and let me know got me my key. Here it is weeks later I text him Friday and now Sunday and haven't heard key is in. He said would let me know. Crickets. I would never recommend this salesperson or dealership! Was very unsatisfied! I just bought a 2020 in December and had a wonderful experience at Gunther Kia. Your experience was "The Sharks". Wish I could write differently! Maybe I will get a call this week about my key. Not great customer service! I was under the guy to find a car and had to find one, since had been without a car for 3 months. If had had more time would have looked at another dealership. But for the milage and year, I decided to deal with iT compared to be "IN LOVE WITH IT!" ALSO was advertised as a CERTIFIED PREOWNED only to then get there and was not! There were several little things like that that added up to the POOR EXPERIENCE!, compared to it could have been very pleasant! More
