I was having difficulty finding a dealership that wasn't marking up the price of their vehicles by 15% or more due to COVID/Supply Chain Issues/ Available Supply of Cars. Westbury Toyota was the only dealer marking up the price of their vehicles by 15% or more due to COVID/Supply Chain Issues/ Available Supply of Cars. Westbury Toyota was the only dealership who didn't want to gauge me on the price because it was a seller's market. General Manager Randy Abreu agreed to sell me the truck I wanted for a fair price and helped me order the truck I wanted since they didn't have it in stock. Sales Consultant Carlos Umana took care of my needs (constant text messages or calls about status) and took me through delivery. Finance Manager Yanira Martinez answered all my questions when it came time to sign for the truck and did not pressure me into buying the extras like other dealerships do. She explained my options and let me choose. All in all a great experience with Westbury Toyota. I will be doing all my car buying with them in the future. More

Carlos's best quality is that he really listens to the customer and will work tirelessly to meet your needs. After I decided on the car I wanted he was extremely proactive in compiling everything needed to complete the transaction with no stress on my end. When it came time to pick the car up everything was ready to go. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive off.
