I purchased my vehicle from Downey world and I purchased the extended warranty to get free oil changes and I have taken my car a total of four times to get an oil change and have never gotten my car washed the extended warranty to get free oil changes and I have taken my car a total of four times to get an oil change and have never gotten my car washed or rinsed off even though I have requested it every time this last time I asked three times the service tech even wrote wash in capital letters and it still didn't get done. When I bought the car, they said it would come with a car wash every time it was serviced. I just don't like to be lied to.
