I had the worst experience of my life with this dealer. Carlos Villareal is the name of the person who helped me initially; when I brought my car in, he recommended a repair that cost me $800. The work was Carlos Villareal is the name of the person who helped me initially; when I brought my car in, he recommended a repair that cost me $800. The work was done poorly. When I returned with the car, he told me it was a different issue and that he would have to charge me again. I paid $200 for an estimate, and he assured me—guaranteed—that the problem would definitely be fixed this time. I tried to speak with the manager, but he was always busy and refused to talk to me. Honda Precision: learn that the customer comes first. I advise people not to go to this dealership; I do not recommend it. More

It’s very unorganized and people are inattentive. The guy who helped me did not seem happy that I asked about the oil change coupon after the invoice was processed. Also, I have been to variety of Honda dealerships and most of them do not finalize the invoice until I pick up my car so why do I need to show a coupon at the beginning?
