During the previous service to this one. I was told that a substantial discount would be available for my next service. Once I came back, there was no discount. Carlos gave a small discou I was told that a substantial discount would be available for my next service. Once I came back, there was no discount. Carlos gave a small discount and that was nice but he told me that the service to take me home round trip was no longer available. One way only, was available. So that was disappointing but while I was waiting I noticed two of your customers complaining that they had paid thousands to get their cars fixed and the cars were returned unfixed. I have no complaints about the service given to me. Carlos was very nice but your other customers complains were very concerning. I think, I will go to a closer dealer next time. Thanks More
