From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly and felt right at home. Our exceptional sales consultant, Carlton Duncan, promptly introduced us to the owner, Sandy Woods, who welcomed us and engaged in a meaningful conversation. The entire purchasing process was seamless, even though I’m from out of town. I managed the deal remotely, and when I arrived, all that was left was to sign the papers. Remarkably, while I was signing the papers, all my belongings from my trade-in were already transferred to my new car. To top it off, the Technology Specialist took the time to ensure all my settings were perfectly adjusted—truly impressive! The staff at Treasure Coast Lexus are incredibly respectful and committed to providing outstanding customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves top praise. Expeditious process until the very last minute with the tech department setting up the car to connect to my phone before I drove home (almost 1.5 hours away). Small town feel that left me wanting to invite everyone over for dinner after. (Yup, not a typo.) Thank you to Carlton, my sales rep., Anthony, Tina, Steve (Finance Dir who didn’t finagle numbers like all the previous dealerships I’ve ever bought cars from as a young female) and Alayna who was the sweetest, techy.
