Tony Martinez always takes care of whatever my needs are. I called him for service and did not have an appointment but he said bring it in, he had me out in less then 1 hour. The service team including Mike was super helpful and trustworthy. My daughter’s car needed a recall involving a potential wheel locking problem and they squeezed me in AND also did an oil change in les trustworthy. My daughter’s car needed a recall involving a potential wheel locking problem and they squeezed me in AND also did an oil change in less than 2 hours. There was no feel of dealing with slick, sales oriented service personnel (like at Braman Cadillac Miami where I ended up paying $1700 to change a battery and felt like I had been robbed). It is definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to Williams Cadillac and enjoy excellent, fair and trustworthy service. Williamson respects their clients and treats them well-bottom line. More
