This is the second time that my GMC battery gets drained at the dealer and need replacement. In 2024 they drained and replaced my battery and now in 2025 the same problem and I had to pay for it. John Varela (Service Department) is very professional and considerate. I have also worked with Tony Martinez and Carmen Alicea (Service Department), both are helpful and professional. On one occasion, I needed to speak with Juan Santos. Juan Santos addressed the issue immediately and all was taken care of. Edgar Lacayo, Manuel Mundo, and Diana Garcia (Loaner Vehicle Department) are fabulous. Williamson's courtesy transportation driver's and valet greeters are helpful and friendly. More

Coming from Lincoln services I was expecting a more luxurious service experience. Cadillac Williamson could use a lot of improvements. I had to wait outside in the parking lot in the heat with my 2 yea luxurious service experience. Cadillac Williamson could use a lot of improvements. I had to wait outside in the parking lot in the heat with my 2 year old to receive my car, a tire lock was left in the center media center of my car, and my car was half washed when I received it. it looked worse than when I brought it in, the body and the rims had water streaks and dust streaks all over it.
