From the moment you walk into the lobby you are greeted warmly by the receptionist. Within 15 minutes of being there we met Danielle and we were on our way. Although we did not buy the vehicle we came to warmly by the receptionist. Within 15 minutes of being there we met Danielle and we were on our way. Hands down the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I explained what I needed as far as terms, money down etc before my credit was pulled and was pretty particular but upfront in what I was l ever had! Was approved quickly for the car I wanted, terms I needed and I even brought less down than initially planned. I drove from Akron to pick the vehicle up - Carol said the paperwork would be ready and it was. Signed in and out in less than an hour! I would recommend Carol to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. She absolutely by far exceeded every other car buying experience I’ve ever had! After getting the car home I’ve noticed some clicking and Carol told me not to worry and they will book me an apt to have the car looked at by the mechanic to get it fixed. Next car I need I know exactly where I’ll go. Thank you Carol for being friendly, helpful, understanding, no BS or promises you didn’t keep and making this a wonderful experience for me!
