Ms. Carol always goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets well taken care of, she always makes sure to explain every situation with me so its understood what is going on, she is straight forward and is always smiling and has a positive attitude. When you see her behind the service counter you are guaranteed to have a great experience, If there is ever a reason that something seems to be a challenge you can bet Ms. Carol will find a way to beat that challenge and make it happen!! So glad to know that we have great honest people working in the service dept. in our town of Starke, my car is my most important materialistic thing in my life and she knows that, so she always makes sure my baby gets the best treatment from car washes to oil changes!!! thank you for being so great!!
