Communication is poor. The person who set up my appointment was unkind and not helpful when I had a problem that needed to be solved, which was a missing tire key. I was unaware that my car came with a tire key, nor was I reminded to bring this tire key to the service appointment when the appointment was made. I don't understand how this dealer who sold me the car doesn't have these spare parts on hand. When I picked up the car, they did not give me back my key fob. I will never have my car serviced here again. More
