Our person to coordinate things was great! She explained and we got out vehicle taken care of. We have becoming to Royal Moore for over 10years not just for our Toyota but our Subaru as well. But unfortunately we more than likely will not be returning. We had a big service to preform on our vehicle .. like most of use we had to put it on a credit card .. at checkout it charged us a fee for using our cards !!! So in other words we where charged $80 on top of our cost to repair!! This is totally not cool. We accepted the fee because who has a few thousands to slap down with cold cash now a days . More
