Mike Taylor, Nick Oliveria, Kadin Harrison, and others in service; Axel in the tech service area and the folks in the car rental area are very helpful and go out of their way to really take care of you every time you come in. This time a service supervisor Ben Norris went really above and beyond and found a solution to my tricky situation. He was incredibly patient, listened, shared ideas and ultimately helped to create a very loyal customer. I will continue to share all my positive experiences with Royal Moore Toyota with family and friends in the area. It feels like good customer service is hard to come by, but now here. It is for all these reasons why I continue to bring my Toyota Prime car each time to Royal Moore Toyota for service and some day, I’ll trade this car for another Toyota here.
