I do have to comment on the quote system and how it let me down as I requested a quote for all brakes to be replaced, that is Front and Rear including brake pads, rotors, brake fluid, et al and the quote was presented to me while i was there for an oil change. I thought the quote was very competitive compared to where i had been before. WHY ? the quote was for the rear wheels only NOT all of them so when i dropped off the vehicle and service started the brake job i was called and told the quote was not for all four wheels but only the rear. I blame myself for not going over the presented quote to catch the error but when quoting customers please make sure you go over the quote in detail to avoid errors such as what i experienced. Otherwise your technicians did a great job on the brakes and have always done a great job on the oil changes. Also i have to mention "Amber Chandler, Service Advisor" who did her very best to smooth things out with the issue of me not understanding that i had only been quoted for two wheels and NOT four as i had requested. More

The service was excellent, but you now charge a fee for credit cards is ridiculous. Based on that alone, most likely will seek another shop for my vehicles. Very sad!
