Mike Jacobs was great as a sales person. The finance manager, not so much. When I told him I did not want the extended warranty or prepaid maintenance packages he became sarcastic and irr The finance manager, not so much. When I told him I did not want the extended warranty or prepaid maintenance packages he became sarcastic and irritated, using scare tactics and pressure. He eventually offered me $1200 more for my trade and employee pricing on the extended warranty saying he would make it up on the next customer. More
