The dealership in my opinion, has changed. It took awhile to make an appointment. Tried to make the appointment online but it wouldn’t take. I called. Someone in sales answered the phone and s It took awhile to make an appointment. Tried to make the appointment online but it wouldn’t take. I called. Someone in sales answered the phone and said everyone was in a meeting. He took my name and number. No one called. I finally drove to the dealer and made the appointment in person. I should say previously I was told they were short staffed. I actually went in without an appointment and they took a screw out of my tire which I was grateful for. You now get a video from the person working on your car. I believe the person said my filters were clean so didn’t have to be changed but when I got home and looked at my paperwork I was charged $12.50 for a filter. Maybe this is a different filter? Thank you. More
